I know everyone has so many questions and I apologize that information has been sporadic, but we have been trying to make sure information is correct. REMINDER INFOMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE!! Buses will begin dropping off at 8:00. • Morning Buses (K-6) o Bus Drivers will pull up directly to the THIRD POLE/before the crosswalk begins in the bus lane (front of school) o One bus will exit at a time – as directed by the staff outside. Students will exit the bus and have their temperatures taken at the bus doors. Once checked and they do not have a temperature, they may enter the building. o If temperature is less than 100 students proceed to directly class o If temperature is 100 students will be taken directly to designated areas with accompanying staff member from school. Parents will then be contacted to pick up their child or make arrangements for pick-up. If your child has a temperature of 100, your child goes home with you. Your child must be fever free for 48 hours without medication (and show no other symptoms of Covid – you can find symptoms of Covid on the WV DHHR website or by calling the WC Health Department) before returning to school. • Parent Drop-Off (K-6) o 8AM-8:30 o Enter drop off line between PSD and Howard Blyer's office “one way street”. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN ENTER THE DROP OFF LINE. o Continue to parking lot drop-off lane and enter at bridge. (You will be directed when to enter parking lot) o Temperatures will be taken by hand in cars by staff member o No one may exit the car until temperatures have been taken o If you child has a temperature of 100, your child goes home with you. Your child must be fever free for 48 hours without medication (and show no other symptoms of Covid – you can find symptoms of Covid on the WV DHHR website or by calling the WC Health Department) before returning to school. o If temperature is less than 100 your child will continue into the school through the doors on the left. • Bus Departure – First Trip/Second Trip o First Trip 1:50 o Second Trip Estimated Time is 2:25 o Announce students to exit classrooms by Bus# via intercom  Hallway staff to walk students to buses  One adult walks kids to buses, one mans the hallway • Parent Pick-Up (K-6) o 2:15 line up at bridge (same traffic flow as morning drop-off) o Pull up to the cross walk (same as morning) o K-6 Parents may not exit the vehicle o Staff members will take your name and the names of the child/children being picked up and will radio the office o Main Office will announce for students to come to the front doors. Students will then be released to your vehicle outside. Masks will be required for students grades 3 and up and all adults at all times in the building.
